Wednesday Dinner Feature

Today is national crab meat day. To celebrate we will be serving a Surf and Turf featuring 14 oz. of Seared Black Angus Ribeye and buttery lump crab meat, south western roasted baby Yukon potatoes, grilled asparagus and topped off with a port wine demi glace

Seared Ribeye

14oz. Black Angus Heritage Farms Ribeye topped with a  Local King’s Farm fried egg. Served with Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus and Port Wine Demi Glace over your  dish.

Two Seared U-10 Scallops tossed in Angel Hair Pasta and a Bacon Parmesan Cream Sauce with Edamame and served with a Grilled Rosemary Baguette.

Served with Roasted Corn, Spinach, Smoked Bacon, and a Avocado-Lime Beurre Blanc.
