Smoked Salmon and Goat Cheese Bruschetta Topped with Arugula, Tomato and Cucumber, Balsamic, and a Creole Lemon Aioli. $12

Farmers Platter:

Roasted Watermelon Radishes, Smoked Salmon Bisque, Sauteed Broccoli, and Collard Greens.

Soup:

Cajun Duck and Andouille Gumbo.

Three Skewered Grilled Shrimp Topped with a House Made Pepper Jelly, Three Fried Shrimp Topped with a Cajun Remoulade, served over Garlic Butter Jasmine Rice, and Sauteed Spinach. $28.

Cream of Shiitake Mushroom.

Cajun Duck and Andouille Gumbo.

Saturday’s Dinner Feature

East Meets West

Grilled Beef Tenderloin served with garlic mashed potatoes and topped with a bacon bleu cheese butter.
Tempura Battered Yellow Fin Tuna served over chinese cabbage slaw and topped with a vinegar and sweet orange soy.

Friday’s Dinner Feature

Mediterranean Roasted Chicken
served with yukon gold mashed potatoes and topped with kalamata olives, caper berries, roasted garlic, and wilted spinach.
